This is going to be a journey across the world via our interpretations of flavors and traditions we have encountered throughout our many travels and thanks to our different cultures. These menu inspirations are global, filtered through our contemporary vision and unfailing Italian sensibility.  Dishes are created in the spirit of Osteria Francescana, its team and of course, chef Massimo Bottura.
